阿斯坦加 Ashtanga Yoga (進階 A)

阿斯坦加由印度知名瑜珈大師Sri K. Pattabhi Jois於1948年在印度創立, 其練習有固定的體位法串連套式,
組合了呼吸技巧與半套拜日式體位法(vinyasa)穿插於動作與動作流動之間, 並結合身印與凝視點使用,
可引導體內能量流動、刺激熱能產生, 達到排毒、血液與神經系統之淨化效果。
課程通常是以拜日式及系列站姿動作開始, 接著進入坐姿地板動作及銜接於其中的跳躍串連,
最後由放鬆休息的攤屍式結束。本課程適合已具有一定練習基礎、基本體位法及順位概念、體能狀況好的學員參與。

Ashtanga yoga, also known as Ashtanga vinyasa yoga as established and classified by noted Indian yoga master Sri K. Pattabhi Jois at 1948 is a yoga style with its practice composed of specific posture sets in sequential order.
During the transition from posture to posture, it is linked with breath and vinyasa flow.
With prescribed posture sets and proper breath control, along with the help of body locks and concentrating gazing point, the energy flow is properly channeled throughout the whole body while vinyasa creates heat and enhances internal cleansing. This class requires students with yoga experiences and basic understanding of asana and alignment.
