This class is especially designed for modern people’s most common issue—insomnia. People who have insomnia have trouble falling asleep, staying asleep. As a result, they may get too little sleep or have poor sleep quality. They may not feel refreshed when they awake. If you find yourself feel sleepy in the daytime, feel fatigue and irritated, concentration or memory problems, it might be caused by Insomnia and other sleeping disorders. If you know how to relax properly, use body right, and have awareness, those issues can be prevented in yoga science. This class also works with meditation and breathing techniques.
