療癒瑜珈─失眠與身心放鬆 Healing Yoga—Insomnia and body & mind relaxing

這是針對現代人常見的失眠症特別推出療癒身心的放鬆課程!失眠時難以入睡、難以持續睡眠狀態,於是睡眠不足或品質不佳,醒後依舊感到疲憊。若發現自己白天依然有睡意、常感到疲倦、易怒,注意力及記憶力減退,有可能是失眠症或其他睡眠障礙的影響。若懂得適度放鬆,正確運用身體,並保持覺知,這些在瑜珈科學裡都可以避免。此課程配合冥想和呼吸法,希望規律的練習為你帶來夜夜好眠!
 
This class is especially designed for modern people’s most common issue—insomnia. People who have insomnia have trouble falling asleep, staying asleep. As a result, they may get too little sleep or have poor sleep quality. They may not feel refreshed when they awake. If you find yourself feel sleepy in the daytime, feel fatigue and irritated, concentration or memory problems, it might be caused by Insomnia and other sleeping disorders. If you know how to relax properly, use body right, and have awareness, those issues can be prevented in yoga science. This class also works with meditation and breathing techniques. Hope these regular practices bring you sweet dreams every night!
