生理瑜珈主要是療癒保健女性生殖系統。透過課程的設計可以幫助骨盆腔的血液循環,幫助腹部放鬆,調節內分泌系統,讓荷爾蒙控制更穩定。生殖系統的修護對女生極為重要,因為女生從青年到中年最後到老年,會經歷生理期、懷孕和分娩期、更年期三個重要階段。透過生理瑜珈的練習可以讓生殖系統更健康,且身體和心靈更能適當的放鬆和休息,讓平時工作或家庭等日常生活所帶來的無形壓力釋放掉,可幫助女性生理期間的代謝力增加。讓瑜伽幫助身體順應大自然的規律,為身體帶來情緒穩定、力量、舒適~

Healing Yoga—Yoga for Menstruation is to heal and protect women’s reproductive system. This class is to help enhance blood circulation in pelvis, to relax belly, to adjust endocrine system and to stabilize hormone. Regular maintenance of reproductive system is especially important for women for women have three very important cycles in their whole life: menstruation, pregnancy, and menopause. Practicing Yoga for Menstruation makes reproductive system healthier and relaxes body and mind, relieves intangible family and working stress and enhances metabolism during period. Yoga assists your body flow with nature cycle so you will have stable mood, power, and comfort!
